Negative Intelligence Gathering

Any ideas why this happened.  I just took out #47 and now i noticed that my Int total is in the negative.

Looks like a reload problem. You actually captured this int target twice. The bad news is, it ate up twice the amount of int but the good news is, it gave you twice the CE (350,000 x 2). I can reverse both or leave it... your call.
