NCM-SEP for Naval Electronics Technician(Communications

Hey, I am interested in applying to be a Naval Electronics Technician.  I was wondering where I would be able to go with the NCM-SEP.  Also, how would I apply?  Would I just put it as my entry plan on my application or is there more to it?

You'll have to be specific as to the province in which you wish to go to school.  The document is rather large, so it can't be posted in its entirety, but I can cut/paste the province-specific list.
