Minimum Entry Requirements

Hello,

I have posted a question regarding medical under the medical enrolment thread but had a general recruitment question. I know there is a universality of fitness (forgive me if that's not the right way of phrasing it) and minimum entrance requirements. I meet all minimum requirements but am wondering if the medical and fitness minimum requirements are different for Chaplains.

The reason I ask is that I have read that Chaplains are the only branch that have zero combat role and focus specifically on providing pastoral duties. Also I've read that Chaplains only participate in 4 weeks at BMOQ and I believe (correct me if I'm wrong) BMOQ is longer for all other trades. Is there anyone familiar with Chaplain requirements and the chaplain branch?
Thank you

"Are Canadian Army Chaplains expected, and trained to fight along side the other troops?
Are they armed and in the field of combat also?
How is the ethics of  taking life (or potental of) handled by their group?"

I take antidepressants for anxiety and panic attacks but my anxiety has really been under control with medication.

This may be something to consider,

"Padres regularly don flak jackets and leave Kandahar Airfield in convoys of armoured vehicles to talk to soldiers in the field. All of our chaplains are covering our ministry in the forward observation bases at the pointy end where the soldiers need to have ministry and they need to have care," he said.
"Right now, up to 70 per cent of our time is spent rotating through the forward operating bases."
