Mil Clerk of Works

Just wondering if the Canadian Engineers have a version of Clerk of Works (Building Inspector/Quality Manager/etc)?

Not specifically. The do have personnel assigned as contracts supervisors, Construction Engineer Supervisors, etc, but not as a separate MOC.

Oddly enough I am currently employed as a Contracts Inspector.  What I really do is administer to our SOA's and inspect the contractors work to make sure it's to code and done to our specs.  If there's anything else I can help with let me know.
