Mess parliamentary procedure

I'm looking for information on the "parliamentary procedure" used in mess meetings.  I've recently joined a mess exec as VPMC, and may have to conduct a meeting in the PMC's absence.  If anyone knows of any resources on this, I would greatly appreciate it.

Find a trusted online source of Robert's Rules of Order, or purchase a copy from your local book store to have beside you during meetings.

Most mess meetings that I have been to loosely follow them.
