Lou Penny 3 PPCLI

I'm trying to track Lou Penny, a Patricia, who would have been a Cpl in 3 PPCLI on Op Apollo in 2002 for permission to use one of his photographs in a book.

Does anyone have any recent contact information for him?

The only Lou Penney I knew in the Forces was from The Rock, he was an Image Tech Sgt in Shearwater around 2009.

Sadly he passed recently. Obituary for Charles (Lou) Penney at Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home

That might be the guy if he was a Patricia in 2002. I'm trying to track him down for a good photo he took then and becoming an image tech sounds reasonable. I'll follow up.
