I am looking for someone who is currently an officer in the RCA. At the time I knew him, he was an Lt. Lt Vlaicov was his name, or maybe it was spelled Vlaikov, I cannot recall. Young sort of officer, very fit, blond hair, with glasses? Does anyone here who is in the RCA here know him or know of him?
I only ask because, during my BMQ, he loaned me a book, and I didn't get a chance to return it. If anyone here knows him, could you throw me a PM with his mailing information so I could send his book back to him?
