Looking for long write up on what to take on deployment

A little while ago, I read a lengthy post from someone (doing private security work in Afganistan or Iraq I think) about what they packed when they went out in a vehicle. I think I might have read this here. It was a couple of pages in length and very well done I thought. I have searched but can't find it again, and I am looking for it for a friend.

If anybody knows what I am talking about and can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.
