I have a small request to make....Those of you who are members of this list,
and intend joining either the Pres or Regs..would you be able to keep us
posted as to your progress? A few shorts words while your adventures are
fresh in your mind would be most welcome.....This would also lay to rest
many of the rumors about ‘Time out" cards and the like..
Please consider this...

Dave,
It‘s with pleasure I could forward a short sum-up concerning La Crche
Project Wimereux, France - Operation Wellhit. It could be done just as a
simple E or in PDF format. I‘m still on this list because the Canadians
stormed and liberated the area I‘m interesting with. Several months ago I
had nice helps, now I fear the List is only interested in now-a-days topics:
WW2 History seems to be forgotten !
OK, "je suis vache" "I‘m severe", a soft translation from the French.
Anyway your idea is an excellent one !

there are still many of us on this list that revel in stories of yore.......
I for one intend to take a journey to France, to follow in the footsteps of
those young men from years ago.

Thanks for the response.
Just one remark: a little bit more WW2 History on this list could be
appreciated this being said, thanks the Great Rabbit - le Grand Lapin de
Prvert - we are in democracy.
If you come to France -Pas de Calais area just record this address and
inform me of your arrival: with a little bit of luck I‘d be on site me or
one of PLC friends.
