I have a question about the Reserve.

Hello. I'm from quebec and i currently have 21 out of the 24 points required to enlist in the regular forces... Considering my last 3 books in total is 70 hours of study, am i allowed to join the reserve whie i finish my studies or i absolutly need the 24 credits?

If your schooling was taken under the Quebec Provincial System, the bare minimum to apply would be having "24 credits", which is considered to be the equivalent of "Grade 10".
