How could I become a recruiter??

Hello everyone , I am wonder what type of training would I need to become a recruiter? I am currently taking an HR course in Moncton , NB and am interested in the idea of being a recruiter, any ideas? Info?

Our Ship's Company is always informed, our best recruiters are ourselves.  I have seen this in effect time and again. 

As for those selected by the units for their recruiting  position, it is normally held for members of the military who have already worked in a variety of positions.

I have not seen anyone accepted direct entry into a recruiting position.

It usually helps if you are a member of the CF with a few years experience in your Trade, and then get selected to take a Recruiting Crse.
