I'm almost done my time at CFLRS and my next posting is gagetown for EGS Tech, my course doesn't start till September 2017. Basically I'm just curious what the living quarters are like in gagetown because I've heard we have to live on base for the first year, what are they like, can we have tvs and play stations and what not?

If you mean PMQs, I have heard they are great. You can make any modifications to the house that you want to, but must take them with you when you leave. They can be a lot cheaper than a civilian equivalent, but you are expected to pay for your utilities.
