Ok, so I know there is probably a thread with the same junk in it but after doing a search I can't seem to find it. I would really like anyone who has a good rountine I could follow as if i was training to join the military. I have been doing some running but it's not enough and I want to get in better shape and would totally appreciate it if someone could give me a good routine I could follow to help me on my way.
