Hello,

I had my medical last month and was given two letters to be completed by my Doctor within thirty days, or else my file will be closed. I got the soonest appointment possible and was sent for some further xrays. My family doctor is still waiting for the results and in the waiting, the thirty days have been exceeded. I was told by the med tech doing the medical that if I needed more time I would have to call the clerks at the CFRC and let them know when my appointment is. But, since I still do not have an appointment, I did not call them. Could anyone inform me about the implications of this? I am going to call the centre on monday, but will not be able to sleep until I find out if my application still exists.

Thanks,

Richard

The best thing to do is call Monday morning and find out what, if anything has happened to your file. If you can, ask for the extension.

Xray results should be very fast, with digital imaging and emailed results.
