The Change of appointment for the Colonel Commandant is basically as follows. For those who are not aware Colonel Roger St. John will be replacing MGen John Woods as CME Branch Colonel Commandant.
The mixed dining in will be on January 15 and the parade will be on the evening of the 16th.

Retired Sappers have been invited to participate in both events.Retired sappers have been asked to form an "old Guard for the parade. The dress would preferably be blazers with medals etc. If they don't have them come any ways.
