FWIW - I was involved in a SUV (me) to SUV (retarded Afghan) accident last night.
The majority of them should never be allowed to ride in a vehicle let alone drive one...
Mind you his brand new Infinity SUV was rather badly off while my bumper was slightly scratched ;D -- then followed us back to our roost and was told piss off after he treid to change his story 3 times to make it look like my fault....
