Can anyone advise more info about the release of this stamp?  I believe it comes out soon.

Never mind.  I am a moron.  It's a commemorative envelope with the Canada War Museum stamp ... http://www.rpsc.org/images/env-2005-0526.jpg ... to be released May 26th.
