Beep test or Step test

Hi I just passed my Cfat and interview. I was told the next step is a Physical fitness test of Push ups, sit ups and a step test.  I hear read here that there is a beep test. What does the armed forces use for reserve testing?. Beep or Step test?. Thanks.

Hi.

I enrolled in the reserves in 2006 (Halifax area).
Initially, I did the step test/situps/push ups, and then the expres (beep test..etc) every year after that.

Hammer is correct. You will do a step test.
