Anyone know of a NCIOP website?

I have seen websites / forums out there for NESOPs and AESOPs.  I wonder if there is one out there for the NCIOPs / Radar Plotters?

I may be wrong, but I seem to recall seeing a basic site on the web. It was just web-based newletter. I recall being surprised to come across that site as I was looking for something completely different.

I'll see if I can retrace those steps and let you know. No promises though.
