Good Afternoon everyone,

I’ve been lurking on the forums for a while and am looking to join a reserve regiment in the 32nd Brigade. I remember seeing a link to a CAF website showing reserve regiments in the region and what their strength is but after tons of googling I can’t seem to find it.

It looked a little like this.

Regiment | regiment strength/ size
Regiment Name | xx%

Please let me know if anyone knows where I could find this or if you have the link I’d really appreciate it.

No that’s not quite it. I remember it being a report made around 2018 with the occupational strength and size of the units within the brigade. For example if I’m remove ring correctly the QoR was at 103%, 48th at 98%, others at 48%, etc

Any data more than a year old would be utterly meaningless. Any current data is nobody’s business who isn’t internal to CAF or other government departments that need readiness data.

If you’re interested, apply. If they have a spot and you’re a competitive applicant, awesome.

To begin with, there is no 32nd Brigade.

We don't number Units in Canada the same as in other countries. So there isn't a 32nd Brigade, there is however a 32 CBG (Thirty Two Canadian Brigade Group) as listed in one of the links above. Your best course of action is to select three trades that interest you in order of priority, see if there are units within an acceptable distance from where you reside (I've driven over an hour each way to train so your mileage may vary as it were), and then apply to them to see if they have a position available. I would be shocked if at least one of them didn't have a vacant position given the current recruiting/retention issues.

This. I have the link I believe referred to but it is not supposed to be out to the public so don't distribute it. I use it to keep current with the trade status.

Does it have Health Services occupations on there also... if so mind if we reach out via DM to trade DWAN emails - could be VERY helpful in my job... ;-)
