Seasons starts off with the Habs over the Leafs and Canucks over the Flames.

All is right in the world, at least for one day.

Meanwhile I have to sit and wait, and wait, and wait for the Caps to start their season.

But on the plus side, I don't need to worry about a Nats Jays World Series.

True, last time a Habs team started 4-0 they won the cup. 78 I think.

It was in 93.

And before now, 4 and 0 was Montreal's best starts ever. They did it four times and every time they ended up with the cup at the end of the season.

Re: the Leafs reference, one thing:  Unlike the Habs, you can always count on them to self-destroy at some point during the season. I don't know why!
