Some late local action/gossip etc.

Well, was out and about in Pummicestone Passage www.bribie.com.au on the Sea-Doo this am, and I discovered a sunk boat, about 35ft, and it would have been a nice one too. About 250 metres off shore.

Apparently it happened yesterday, no casualties, but in tiger and bull shark infested waters, not far where some caught a 2 metre bull recently.

With this weekend's king tides, at high tide the boat cannot be seen, and at low tide it can. It will be a nav hazard for sure.

In less than a day theives have cut all the external radar components and have begun to 'salvage' anything what is left.

Hope the owner has insurance.

We're 30 sleeps out from winter now, Coral Sea temp is 24C. Today's top 28C. Gotta love the fall eh.
