Nurses are Lt's straight after graduation (school is our trades training) and captains 3 years later.
(I'm just guessing that NO hopeful means nursing officer?)
Just got back from taking my Brownies to Toys R Us to buy presents for kids who don't get much for Christmas, and seeing the nice 10 inch scratch on my pretty truck from someone too lazy to bring their empty cart back.
This is my baby...(it seeems to be a popular military people's choice as he has a few brothers around base...). But me and Spike have seen some things together :) wouldnt trade him in ever!
I'm not too chatty on here because I'm still pretty new and I've been away, but I wouldnt mind meeting some people from around town. 3 years here...maybe it's time...lol...
The one and only reason for me...the boots...it was always about the boots...just kidding. I came from a military family like a few people here. And I think it was MRM that said it...there was just never anything else that I wanted to do. Almost everyone in my family had stories to tell and it...
That's so great to hear you want to be an NO!!! I have to say in the whole 8 months since I graduated and started working, it's been great! And all I've done so far is my nursing courses and worked in the clinic. I start my orientation downtown tomorrow. Anyways, good luck with your plans...oh...

I don't know if this helps you at all...but I didn't even get a skirt with my initial issued stuff. I asked them and they said okay for two pairs of pants...I recently decided to get the skirt but only because the pants are a bit warm in the summer...
My hugest pet peeve ever...people who show up late with coffee!!!!!! I practically have strokes watching these idiots show up, disrupting class and slurping coffee...It also drives me crazy when it takes people 20min to say something when 2 words would have covered it nicely.
Hey now...I have a camouflage lunch bag...mind you it's not cadpat, and my dad made for me when I was in Jr high...and didn't have to pay 25 bucks for it...
I had a guy on my IAP/BOTP who was 41 at the time. Was airborne and came back as a nurse. He showed quite a few of us young 'uns up. As long as your fit, I don't think it matters.
Yeah, it's not the most fantastic, but if you have to be here anyway...what's being cranky about it going to get you? Find something about it you like and enjoy...
