Sounds like your in better shape then most of the mid twenty year olds I know. You're off to a great start slowstrummer, upper body strength and a good cardio routine are always important in my mind.

Watched 'The Pacific' again last night, awesome series. If I had to choose between Band of Brothers and this one though...I think I would go with BoB. But for those who haven't watched it yet I highly recommend it!

As you probably already know, just make sure your refrences have known you for five years as required on the application form and make sure they are reliable and avaliable for the CFRC to get in touch with. I'm sure you wont have any problems because of all the moving you've had to do though...
