In case someone has the same experience as me: My applicant file status was set to "closed" and applicant process status was set to "medical/interview complete". I later received a medical rejection letter.- OP network

Language Requirements
On the forces webpage it only lists 3 requirements, with the third being educational: "Have completed at least Grade 10 or 24 credits of Secondaire IV (in Quebec)." If you were not educated in Canada and have foreign secondary or post-secondary credentials you will need to get it verified...- OP network
