Also, It's under the section that says "Female recruits will be required to bring the following additional items".... females. So i wouldnt worry about it.. I hope they dont make us peel potatos.lol
I've noticed (or maybe missed) that no one spoke up about the hairnet. Well atticus I see that in your profile you are a male. The hairnets are for females so theres no little frizzies hanging off the hair buns. ;D

Actually we were power flying in st.johns last year, we were wearing our squadron hoodies and on the back in enormous letters it said "567 RANDOM AIR CADETS". An old lady comes up to a group of us and asks if we are just 567 randomly selected...

I haven't gone to BMQ yet but my brothers just returned within the past year. They advised me just to bring whats on the list. Anything else could be taken away from you untill you are finished basic training. I'm going to BMQ in borden on 3rd oct to 16 dec. Maybe i'll see you...
OK, so if the course starts on Oct 3rd then we should be there atleast one day prior to starting right? And from oct 3 to 16 dec is only 10 weeks and 4 days. Isn't BMQ suppose to be 12 weeks now? Or are we just special? Would they make us go back in the new year for 1 week and 3 days of...

Does anyone know how much new recruits would get paid during basic training? Per week or bi-weekly. I am just planning to buy a car when i get home from BMQ and wanted to use this for a down payment. 8) :salute:
