hey this may be out of place, but I have been running  on both the track and the threadmill for sometime. I was just wondering what speed on the threadmill is appropriate? I currently run from anywhere from 6-7 miles/hour, with an incline of 3%, and near the end I sprint for on a speed from 8-9...

congrats T-bird....I was sworn in on Tuesday, and if all goes well is going to BMQ in Borden on the 27th of June. Hope every one else gets the call.

I suspect its because my city is very small, and has a small recruiting rate. either that or I am just lucky:) . Still have to wait till I get my call for BMQ though. :-\

call him, and make sure you call both the army branch(where you did the interview and your medical) and the branch(army,navy,land) you are going to.

I did my medical on Wednesday last week. then did my PT last Friday. yesterday(Monday) I handed in my PT results. and the same day about 5 hours later I got a call not from the army recruitment center but from my Navy recurting branch. the navy recruiter said I made it, and should come tomorrow...

If that is the case I think you may need to call your local branch(Land...navy.....air....) office to see what's happining. Because yesterday I handed in my last thing(my Pt results), and about 5 hours later I got a call from the navy saying that I was excepted and had to be there today dressed...

the call for BMQ? or the call for getting accepted in the army?

hope you get a call soon :). Its probably an enrollment thing. So even if you don't get to go to BMQ you will get to go to this.

oh God, my cut of date in on June 17, and my file hasn't even been sent yet(freaking out), I have a feeling I might miss this summers BMQ, cause school starts for me in the beginning of September.
