I got a hold of the RC in Winnipeg and it needs to be from the German consulate. The recruiter in my town wasn't sure. I thought I might get a quicker response I posted this last night when they weren't open.

This is just what I got told after doing my Aptitude and medical. The Military career Counselor said I needed to bring this in to before I can get my interview booked.

I am Canadian but i have lived in Germany for a year. So i need a out of country check. I'm wanting to know if I need the criminal record check from German Consulate or if the RCMP out of Country check is good.

Just took the CFAT for infantry officer. I passed but 3 out of the 6 failed. So don't underestimate it, you only got 2 tries at it.

Yes its criminal court, but like I said i'm not facing anytime of community or jail, it will be a traffic ticket. They said it was someone else driving there going after him with charges there doing both cases as one. The prosecution is dropping the case against me but it wont be getting done...

there's no jail time no community service. I have no criminal record but my lawyer says is might be on the criminal record check that I'm in court right now.
