It seems like it would be a good/better way to indicate the general health of a recruit... I have gone through the CF enrollment medical twice (made the mistake of VRing) and both times my urine came back positive for protein... I then go to my doctor, who sends me to the local hospital for...

Chimo the same thing happened to me recently... at the CFRC my urine was positive for both blood and protein.. went to my family doctor and did a blood and urine test, and everything came back normal... this is the second time I came back positive for protein in my urine (at the CFRC) to latter...

get good at sewing before ya go.. you'll spend most of the first weekend sewing tags on your kit... good time to get to know (and help) your platoon mates better.

that's odd, I've tasted alot worse lol.. I enjoy the taste of the strawberry flavored whey powder mixed w/milk (water not as good)... I've tired the chocolate, didn't like it as much... make sure you're mixing them up well (my magic bullet blender works great- makes them nice and smooth) also...

I had my interview last tuesday (7/17) after Vring during BMQ.. it went great, was told I scored better than last time. The captain that interviewed me never really asked about why I left/what's different.. if fact I was the one who made a point of pointing out  my reasons/ whats changed.. he...

The video is pretty old (look at uniforms.. some minor things have changed).. but still it's good to watch to get a basic idea what to expect on BMQ.
