Well as of Nov I made the jump from the reserve pension to the reg force pension (CFSA part 1) as I reached the 1674 days out of 60 months requirement, so now I have to buy back/top up my previous service/reserve pension contributions. Just waiting on that letter....

CJ is the staff designation at ISAF HQ, i.e. CJ1, CJ2, CJ3 etc... CJ9 is CIMIC at that HQ.

C = Combined (multinational) J = Joint (multi-service) G/A/N etc = Ground, Air, Navy

However, at CEFCOM HQ CIMIC falls under J5... madness!

That all depends on how you define "soon". I have seen the requirement for a tracked IFV mentioned in a few documents... now whether that ever amounts to anything is another matter. I don't think it would be a UOR item however, so were are probably talking the usual multi-year procurement process...

I think those two conditions are far more dangerous than driving 19+, as others end up passing on the right and weaving between trucks driving in both lanes but moving about the same speed...
