Hey just wanted to comment. I have never been in really good shape but I have been going to the gym and working out a little. In regards to the running, I started out doing the 2.4 k and I did that in 10 45. Since then I have been going to the gym and running almost 4 times a week and doing 4k...

Im not sure if most of you have done this or not but, if you look on a units site.(ex salh.net) and go to calander they show you when the BMQ's are for that area... Hope that helps

Wow you know what else is hard? The steel toe of a soldiers boot going up the defence ministers *** once they get pissed off enough that they have nothing else too do. Maybe make them wear some hockey equipment...
