    RESISTANCE TO INTERROGATION INSTRUCTOR

I don't know about police, but I don't know if I could resist sex being withheld!

Float Like a Butterfly, Sting Like a Bee – The Future of a....(ESSAY)

If you're about to go on tour with co-workers whose language you haven't yet learned it's a little late to cram french/english. In my experience most all francophones I've met know a decent amount of english, because so many jobs involve interacting with the linguistic majority. I myself took...

    Cadpat Overboard?

I guess if you really wanted to replace cam sticks one option might be a balaclava made of a light, breathable material (so you wouldn't overheat). Hey, you could even make it cadpat (what's stopping you really). Only thing is it would make the lot of us look like criminals/terrorists :D

    What weapon is this?

however, the pressure per square inch of a bullet is much much higher than at the butt of the rifle. Plus if they had dug in the bipod that might take some of the force.. Still, bullets go thud more than blamo like that.

    Canadian Army music video

As much as everyone loves (myself included) this movie, ThatsLife's last post was on November 18, 2005. So don't expect the finished video too soon

    Seeing through walls for infanteers

Easy TO FOOL. Just put one of those drinking birds in a room (like on the simpsons)... Hamsters...  "movement" can come from anything. You'd need an infrared/radar mix to properly do it.. Waste of money

    New CF Fitness Policies Coming

CF members should be given something to aspire to by their leaders (lead by example) CF members should be motivated to do PT through pride in their unit/Army/CF and the desire to do well/be fit/be ready CF members should be given a set of standards they are required to acheive. Those standards...

    New CF Fitness Policies Coming

be careful that you aren't too harsh for a failure of the test, everyone has bad days. A cold, allergies, and a missed meal could easily mean a terrible performance on the test (although you should be better prepared for it, shit happens). A retake of the test (at the least) should be...

    New CF Fitness Policies Coming

We wouldn't want our officers to allow their shape to become too rounded... If they did then enemy snipers know that the fat guy is the one to shoot. Just another reason to stay in shape. P.S.   There's a guy in the U.S. army who lost a leg in (iraq?) but was able to meet their physical...

    New CF Fitness Policies Coming

That's a good point, but if I'm not mistaken the standards are different for the older members. However, greasing the component transfer process and keeping experienced members in should be a high priority too.

Useful things to read going into Basic

You don't *really* need to read anything for basic. They'll teach you everything you need to know. However, a book or two that will put what you're really getting into  into perspective is not a bad idea. Oh, and running (get good shoes).

    New CF Fitness Policies Coming

I'm not saying it should be just t-shirts that makes enforceable fitness. They'd be for encouragement and publicity, I don't think I said anything else about it. I never claimed I have a lot of experience but would you have said what you did if I didn't say I just recently joined. You're right...

    New CF Fitness Policies Coming

I recently joined the army reserves, and I've since realized that the standards for physical fitness for the military are much lower than I expected. It's been said before, but I'll say it again: each soldier is a reflection of the army, and if people aren't in shaped others will assume the...

    Got some Urad2 for Christmas

My sister gave me a little container of urad(2). Supposedly it's leather cream intended for shiny black leather and is self-shining. Anyone ever used it, seen it used? I don't want to use it on my combats without knowing what it might do to them, but I also don't want to waste a perfectly fine...

    Armor Design. Would it work?

Yeah, the only problem with patents is that I'm under the impression it takes a couple thousand dollars to patent.. Money that I can't afford to spend.

    Armor Design. Would it work?

Yeah that's one flaw I thought of as well. What are the odds though that a tank would be shot in the same (or nearly the same) area twice?

    Trouble filling out the forms.

If you're *about* to be taking courses put them on anyways.

    Armor Design. Would it work?

Attached here is what I managed to come up with as a possible solution to tank armor one afternoon. The basic idea behind this is that it is designed to "funnel" direct shots to the stronger elements of the design. A cross section would look like corrugated cardboard. In a real implementation...
