Just a bit of a side track. It is your job for provide facts as to the mechanical performance of the weapon to the person conducting the investigation. The investigator provides the relevant facts to a higher authority, who determines if there are grounds to lay a charge.
I can assure you that the NES policy is enforced. Between the Adjt and the OR, a NES report is generated monthly. What you may not know is the NES procedure is quite lengthy and time consuming. The best outcome is when the member receives the first letter, they decide to voluntarily release. ...
I suspect it is a "cultural" mind set. In the past there has been pressure from higher to get the troops trained up to QL5 and PLQ mod 6 because of the lack of instructors for the summer courses. In addition, there has been a focus to attempt career management of the lower ranks to make sure...
That is 12 days consecutively, not in a month. I don`t know where the 16 days in a month limitation comes from. There are limits for the number of Cl A days in a fiscal year before higher authority must be obtained.
I am not surprised by that. The current Army PRes Log O course is 12 years old. The Reg F trg has changed with the PRes stagnating. I think making PRes officers take the Reg F is troublesome, since most can not get the time off from their employers. It will be interesting to see if...

As you want to join the Calgary Highlanders, I am going to assume that you live in Calgary. There is not a base in Calgary, so you will not be living on base. If you do a weekend BMQ, you will be sleeping at Mewata Armouries.
You could in the outdoors on weekends during a field training...
FYI, Ammunition Technician is not a PRes trade. Although Int Op is a PRes trade, they do not have of a presence in Calgary. You would be looking at 6 Int Coy in Western Canada.
It would depend on the rank of the NCM. CFR is for Sgts and above (CFAO 49-10). There isn't a difference between Reg F and PRes. The Army Reserve Special Requirements Commissioning Plan (ARSRCP, LFCO 29-26) is only for CWOs and in rare instances MWOs. Both of these are not applied for but...
