I picked up a $99 Coyote Brown R.A.I.D. at the ATS store in Kentucky in June. Pretty good for $99 but I wouldn't want to carry any weight in it for any length of time. This TAG pack is an upgrade to the R.A.I.D. design, its on sale at LA Plice Gear. They have good closeout deals. The sniper...
I think its pretty interesting that in 2002 he picked him out of a photo lineup and knew his name. Just as I thought before, it sounds like Arar did an excellent job of employing the trg he received in that trg camp once he was caught.
I'm in Obama's corner, I hope he does well and turns...
Sporting goods stores - Every time I go to one people are buying clothes but not equipment. Video game stores are pretty busy though and so are drug dealers.
I'm pretty sure it was our plates they used at the demo at CFSAC this year where they shot it over and over with a Lee Enfield .303 without any penetrations. There are plates that are lighter, thinner and a have a higher protection level though. More then better plates we need a vest that is cut...
As a friend of Rob's I've been holding off commeting on this issue as I wouldn't want something I post to end up in a CBC news storey, but I'm furious at the Globe and Mail due to the article I just read with Rob's wife's and daughter's names, what Rob's wife's job is and where she got her...
I don't agree with their beliefs and I don't think we should allow insurgent groups to flourish in Canada. I wouldn't mind joining a militia on my off-duty hours though, I'd get to be a private again and that would be fun. It would have to be for the defence of something cool though like beer...
They shouldn't be wearing CADPAT, they should wear Multicam like all the other wannabe types. At least they're passionate about their ideals, you can't say that about many people in Canada. I'm sure CSIS is all over them.
I'm assuming you're working with a winter serial. I can't believe they're running another winter DP 1.2, there are already Lt's waiting a year or more to commander a platoon, and they're all like 32 years old.
You'll be riding in a LAV and trying to store your shit in the back, so I suggest...
Check out this wicked-good article by Mike Yon on Kiowas in Iraq. Hopefully the Griffons are as successful or more.

I don't know the difference in power between the Griffon and Kiowa Warrior, but from what I've read they're doing pretty well in Iraq and Afghanistan. This should be interesting to see. Honestly, its nice to see the Air Force in the game. Hopefully the pilots know what they're getting themselves...
Back in the mid-90s a Fredericton City Police officer on the SWAT team lost his pistol while responding to a crazy guy on a bridge who had shot someone in the back with a .22cal rifle on a walking trail. They blamed the loss of the pistol on the holster and replaced all their holsters. Shit happens.
That whole yesterday and today thing was confusing me, it should just have the date.
On the article; while I encourage debate, if we want to maintain the motivation of our soldiers and Cdn civilian voters we can't humanize the Taliban. Unfortunaly due to human nature, hatred is a necessary tool.
