    I'm doing Infantry too and I start September 4, we might see each other there (if not at BMQ/DP1 then hopefully when posted to a battalion). I've been training too, I've always wanted to join the army as well. :) Anyways, good luck with your application, just keep training and don't lose hope...

    General tip for anyone reading this. If you're not able to do even 1 chin-up, try practicing reverse chin-ups first. I have found it to be very helpful. Same applies to pull-ups. This YouTuber (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC1XHNZDn3btv7454Pkz7THg) has very helpful exercise tips for beginners.

    For items that are not being immediately used (such as laptop and phone), aren't they stored in long-term storage? Will I be carrying the rest of my items (such as clothes) with me in a giant backpack the entire day while at BMQ or can I keep them at the barracks?
