    Reserve Armour Officer Cadets

I am 44 years old.  Have been accepted into DEO and will start BMQ in July. Does anyone have any advice or opinions good or bad, for what I can expect or can prepare for in the future.  I am really looking forward to a career in the reserves, but need some reassurance.
