Any organization that replaces it would result in less power for the US. Right now they have veto powers, any new organization likely wouldn’t.
Not to mention it would be like the USSR protesting the UN. Thats the exact point in time your opponents will push through all the things you have been blocking.

The RCN and RCAF apparently are irrelevant and thus will not be designated.
