Trying my damnest to get a VOR to Marine Engine Mechanic, but the CFSCE way of doing things seems to ever stand in the way.
When did the "I'll tell that Pte some bullshit so someone else has to deal with the legwork, screw his career" attitude start being the preferred course of action, or has it always been this way?
